My kid definitely gets excited when the songs and bright videos come on, especially anything Baby Shark. He’ll click around, dance a little, and it buys me a short stretch of quiet, which is always nice.

It’s not even about the app being bad, because it isn’t. It’s more that after a while he either wants the same few videos over and over or just loses interest. Some of it feels repetitive, so for us it’s fun in small doses, just not something that keeps him hooked every day.

The return itself wasn’t hard, but getting my refund took forever. I had to keep checking back and following up, which was more effort than it should’ve been for something that was already returned.

My kids enjoyed the songs at first, but after a little while the videos started to feel repetitive. How many times can you watch the same kind of thing, right?? It’s okay overall, just not something they stayed excited about for long.

My kid really enjoys the songs, so that part is great, but I’m still a little uneasy letting them use the site on their own. Some of the popups and things you can click on feel way too easy for little kids to get into. I’m not really worried about updates or anything like that, I just wish the kid-safe controls were stronger. For something I’m being charged for, I expected it to feel a bit more secure.

I waited for days and still didn’t get any real help. The most frustrating part was having to verify myself over and over like we were starting from scratch each time, but nobody actually followed up or fixed anything. Really disappointing experience

My daughter is really into the Pinkfong characters right now, especially Baby Shark and that little fox. They’re colorful and fun without being too strange, so she gets excited pretty much every time we open the site. Some of the parts do feel a little repetitive, but compared to some other kids’ stuff… the characters keep her watching. I’d give it 4 stars.

My kid keeps trying to use the app, but umm, the buttons lag a lot and the videos just won’t load. It gets frustrating after a while...

I’ve had a hard time finding certain things because the navigation can feel confusing at times. I imagine other customers might feel the same way if they’re just trying to quickly get where they need to go.

I don’t know the technical way to explain it, but the songs just feel kind of tinny to me. After a little while, my gut reaction is that the music gets irritating instead of enjoyable

I signed up for this for my kid, but the price felt too high for what was included. After just a few days, it seemed like the same songs and videos kept coming up, and my kid lost interest fast. Then I had to go through the extra hassle of canceling before it renewed, which was annoying. Maybe it’s okay if your kid is a huge Pinkfong Plus fan, but for us it just wasn’t worth it.

Ordered something from pinkfong.com and honestly... the shipping was rough. At checkout it looked like it would arrive soon, so I figured it was fine. Then days went by. Tracking barely moved. Just kind of sat there with no real updates. My kid kept asking about it too, which made it more frustrating. I emailed them, waited, finally got a reply, but it didn’t really explain anything or help much. The package did show up eventually, just way later than expected. Maybe the product is fine, but the delivery experience was not. I don’t think I’d order again if shipping is going to be this chaotic.

My kid really likes watching Pinkfong Plus videos, so we still use it, but the ads can be a lot, a lot. Some of the popups are kind of confusing, and I ended up clicking the wrong thing twice. It’s not terrible or anything, I just wish the app felt a little cleaner and less cluttered.

so I picked up some Pinkfong stuff for my kid, and I was kind of disappointed with the quality. The toy felt flimsy right away, and the print started rubbing off way sooner than I expected.
For what it cost, I really thought it would hold up longer than just a few days. My kid still loves the songs, but the actual product was a letdown.

We tried this with my older kid, and it felt a little too babyish for them at times. Based on that, I’d say this is probably more suited for younger kids than older ones

And some of the settings aren’t super obvious either, so I found myself poking around trying to figure out what actually does what. It’s okay if I just need something quick for a little while, but as a parent I don’t really feel like I have as much control as I’d like.
